Job Description Be responsible for assisting the finance across four incredibly popular Hotels, to operate efficiently and effectively by providing accurate, relevant and timely information (both financial and general) within company guidelines.
Utilising electronic purchasing/invoicing system, process documents for payments – invoices, matching to orders, correct coding and process ready for approval.Carry out the reconciliation of supplier's statements and promptly resolve queries from suppliers as/when received.Prepare payment runs ready for approval in a timely manner.Complete Month End tasks including:Complete list of accruals complied for all unmatched purchase orders;Accurate month end creditors report produced;Reconciliation of General Ledger account payable balances.Qualifications You will need to hold a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.Strong interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to communicate with all levels of team members and suppliers, and hold a strong teamwork ethic.We'll need you to be self-motivated and be able to work independently and within a fast-paced environment.Organisation and time management skills will be critical, along with an absolute eye for detail.Valid working rights for New Zealand.Additional Information Bring passion and dedication to excellence, and we will recognise your contribution with a variety of benefits, rewards and development opportunities.
