Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and highly organised Financial Administrator to join our team in 2025. This role is ideal for someone with a solid financial background who thrives in a collaborative work environment. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent organisational and time-management skills, and possess a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.As part of our administration team, you will work closely with other administrators, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach in understanding and improving our systems and processes.Key Responsibilities:Process legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.Accurately input data into our CRM system.Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.Assist in monthly financial reporting, providing valuable insights.Participate in payroll processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.Maintain strong verbal and written communication with internal teams and external partners.Key Attributes:Proficiency in accounting software, especially Xero.Proven experience in a similar Accounts Administrator or financial role.Professional, confident communication skills, both written and verbal.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Strong data entry skills and an ability to spot numerical errors.Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.Preferred Experience:Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or in a similar role within finance.Experience using accounting software such as Xero or similar platforms.Additional Skills and Qualities:Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.Continuous focus on process improvement.Positive, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.If you are looking to join a dynamic team where your skills and expertise will be valued, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your experience and qualifications to John Murphy at ******.
