The Role Review and verify invoices and check requests. Sort, code, and match invoices accurately. Set up invoices for payment and enter/upload them into the system. Reconcile accounts payable transactions. Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies. Maintain comprehensive vendor files. Other duties in the finance team include AR, Credit Cards, Fixed Asset Support Your Profile: Availability: to work full time in an office-based role and to be in Christchurch for a face-to-face interview Experience: At least 2 years in Accounts Payable. Technical Skills: Proficient with large ERP systems and advanced MS Excel. Communication: Strong written and verbal skills. Attention to Detail: A reliable worker who prides themselves on accuracy.
