Accounts Payable Coordinator

About the role | Mo te tunga We are looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Finance team based at National Office in Wellington.
The role will be full time with good access to training, development and coaching.

The right person will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial processing which enables Manaaki Tangata, Victim Support to provide information and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Managing account payable tasks on behalf of the Finance team, working closely with our amazing GM of Finance.

The right candidate will have a strong customer service focus, be solutions oriented and keen to be part of a supportive team.
You should have solid experience in using computerised financial systems, Microsoft office expertise and knowledge of GST obligations.
Experience and knowledge of Xero would be beneficial.
Be a clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal, as well as having the ability to problem solve.
The ability to self-manage and meet deadlines is key.
