Mo te tunga | About the roleYou will be responsible for processing supplier invoices and are to ensure accurate, timely and effective invoice management as part of the Accounts Payable Team with the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF). This is a key position to ensure that NZDF meets its obligations to all suppliers and customers, while striving to provide continuous top-notch customer service.A typical day could include:Communicating with suppliers and NZDF buyers to resolve unpaid invoice issues.Processing invoices for both domestic and international suppliers.Verifying, processing and reconciling invoices against monthly statements.This role is based full time in our office in Trentham, Upper Hutt. There is free on site parking available.This is a fixed term position until 30 June 2025 to provide parental leave cover. Flexible days/hours are negotiable.Applications will be reviewed upon receipt.
