Accounts Payable Administrator

In this fixed term position, which is until March 2025, you will work under the guidance of our finance manager. In this role you will be responsible for timely matching of supplier invoices against purchase orders and entry into the financial accounting system. You will also provide support to the others in the accounts team. This position is located at our temporary Napier offices.Key tasks include:Matching supplier invoices to purchase orders in a timely manner and enter information into the financial accounting system in accordance with the relevant accounts payable timetables.Ensuring appropriate authorisation is obtained for all creditor invoices in accordance with delegated authority limits.Reconciling and processing payments.Management of the "accounts" email account and action emails accordingly.Managing accounts filing electronically.About usWe add value to our natural resources.
