About the Role Based out of the Alstef Group head office in Avondale, the Accounts Payable Administrator will report to the Finance Manager and will be an integral part of the finance team.
This is a busy role and will be working on the accounts payable function for all Alstef companies controlled by the NZ operation.

You should be a self-starter with high personal energy and drive is crucial.
You must already have the right to work in New Zealand and possess the following: 3 - 5 years hands on experience in Accounts Payable.
Comfortable with general ledger systems including posting journals etc.comfortable dealing with numbers and able to prepare reconciliations in Excel.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
