Accounts / Operations Co-Ordinator

Fiordland Helicopters – Te Anau, South Island
Fiordland Helicopters is on the lookout for someone to join our team!
We are looking for an independent forward thinker who can support our front of house operations.
Our new team member will be responsible for:
Operational duties, such as flight following and helicopter weight and balances.
Fielding email enquiries and processing internet and phone bookings.
Being the face of the company providing sales support to walk-in customers.
Providing office accounts administration and general business support.
With plenty of initiative, you'll have the ability to proactively manage and prioritise tasks and provide efficient, well-organised support to your job share colleagues.
Skills and experience:
While full training will be provided, high attention to detail and accuracy with strong MS Office, Xero, and Outlook skills are essential. Entry-level social media and marketing experience would be an advantage.
This is a permanent role offering 40 hours in summer and 25 hours in winter per week. Days of work as per a roster and it will include one weekend workday.
