Queenstown Engineering 2009 Limited – Frankton, South Island
We are seeking an experienced Accounts/Office Administrator to join our growing team at our office located in Frankton, Queenstown.
This role involves assisting us in all facets of the business as we are a small team. The ideal candidate will be assisting us with the day-to-day accounts/office administration, customer service, inwards/outwards goods and reception area.
General tasks include:
Liaising with customers and responding to email and phone queries
Timesheet approvals and assisting with weekly pays using MYOB Essentials
Entering jobs, purchase orders, receipting and invoicing to customers using Ostendo
Accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash handling
Maintaining office supplies, equipment and ensuring office areas are tidy
Assisting with Health & Safety, training and QA tasks as required
Helping with bolt store sales and inventory
Supporting the wider team with general administration tasks and covering the main reception area when required
Applicants must have:
Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and OneDrive
Experience with MYOB AccountRight, MYOB Essentials and Ostendo would be advantageous
Minimum of 3 years administration/accounts experience
An effective communicator and fluency in English
Strong organisational skills with good time management skills and attention to detail
Minimum 30 hours per week, with some flexibility around working hours between 7am – 4:30pm weekdays so may suit someone wanting to work school hours.
