Dunkin' Donuts (Cafe' Concepts Ltd) is currently accepting applications for an Accounts Manager based at the Dunkin' Head Office in Mt Wellington, Auckland.Dunkin' has been in New Zealand for nearly 25 years and currently has 18 retail stores and a large manufacturing site. The company is privately owned and the owners actively work in the business.Following the resignation of a long-time employee, a vacancy exists for an all-round Accounts Manager to join our small Head Office team.This sole-charge role is varied and comprises a wide range of tasks. The successful candidate will need to have a high level of attention to detail, be proficient using Xero, and experienced with IRD compliance. Some experience using Kounta POS would also be beneficial, although full training will be given. This role will be supported by our external Accountant. The role entails, but is not limited to, the following major tasks:Accounts payableData entry of all invoicesBank reconciliationsGST, PAYE, NRWT and FBT returnsOverseas paymentsManage set-ups, interact & extract data from various online ordering systemsPayroll Processing backupThe Accounts Manager is an in-office role for 3-4 days per week; however, we are flexible on hours and days depending on the successful candidate. This role reports directly to the Director.The successful applicants will be tidy and well-presented individuals. The ability to work as part of the small office team and of the larger Dunkin' Donuts group is important to us.
