It is the hub of our excellence in the global supply chain. ABOUT THE ROLE The role reports into the General Manager. You will be responsible for accounts payable and receivable covering invoice processing and approval, debtor management and follow up. You will be the first port of call for clients calling in as well with regards to general enquiries order processing and returns. The role is based in Ashburton so you would need to relocate if you were outside of the Ashburton area. ABOUT YOU Ideally you would have worked in accounts payable and receivable and had bookkeeping experience along with customer care and you have the below attributes; Calm under pressure Xero accounting system experience required A sense of humour to fit in with the team Excellent time management and organisational skills Thinks outside the box and will use your initiative Attention to detail A team player with the ability to work well under pressure Excellent communication; verbal & written Pro-active and resourceful with excellent time management Excellent data entry skills SOUND LIKE YOU?
