The job We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Administration leader to work fulltime at our Christchurch site. The job is responsible for completing transactional accounting functions for our Christchurch facility including accounts payable and receivable. However, it is also the senior administration position and so takes the lead on transacting payroll, purchasing, and other functions that support our operational teams. Experience in SAP accounting software is preferred and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft desktop software will be essential. The role reports to the Station Manager Christchurch and has a second reporting line to the Financial Controller New Zealand who is located in Auckland. You We are looking for a mature and competent person to take up this varied and pivotal role in our team. Your ability to solve day to day problems, coach and guide a small team, and provide support to the wider business will have been developed over time and will be obvious to everyone you meet. This is an "office hours" role, and some flexibility is available so you can deal with those things life throws our way from time to time. There may be the occasional need for work on a weekend to ensure we meet reporting deadlines. Unfortunately, working from home is unlikely to suit us.
