Support from external Accountants and Australian Finance team.Industry: Dynamic, fast paced, fun, inspiring, exciting, hardworking, highly ethical and transparent.Start Date/Duration of role:September and October 25-30 hours per week – flexible which days and hours you workNovember and December 10-15 hours per week – flexible which days and hours you work Duties:Daily bank reconciliation for current accountMonthly bank reconciliation for all other accountsAccounts receivable and payable – (we have a deposit and balance payment process).Paying speakers and sending them remittance advice Putting together manual invoices for a selection of top tier exclusive speakers Payroll for staff (11 people) – Xero software Confirming invoices in our accounting system - making sure it matches with PORecord credit card expensesMonth End – reconcile all accounts and enter journal entryBimonthly GST filing & paymentMonthly PAYE filing & paymentQuarterly FBT filling & paymentSoftware Skills required:• Xero and MYOB payroll • Microsoft office (Excel and Word) and outlook• Full training provided on internal CRM software ZohoPersonal Characteristics:We are a close-knit team, who work in a fast paced and exciting environment.
