Accounts Assistant

The Role As an Accounts Assistant, you will report to the Finance Manager and handle bank reconciliations, sales and prepayment reconciliations, trade reports, and manage the Finance inbox. You will also support payment processing and overseas invoicing tasks. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about finance. What Will You Bring to Us? Key Responsibilities: Bank Reconciliations: Import bank statements, match ledger entries, and report variances. Month-End Tasks: Allocate receipts, complete reconciliations, and journal entries. Reporting: Prepare weekly Trade Reports, monthly wage reports, and board packs. Budget Management: Upload and adjust monthly sales budgets in Ontempo. Payment Processing: Support invoice processing and supplier reviews. Overseas Payments: Process foreign payments with correct documentation. Finance Inbox: Manage queries promptly.
