Due to the retirement of our office manager of 10 years, we are looking for someone new to join our team, someone with strong accounting skills who is professional, well organised, and focused on helping people and doing their work to a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.We are a growing engineering-based business that deals with local and national clients. We have several divisions operating within our business, and we have a highly efficient administration team who provide outstanding service to our workshop staff and customers.The successful applicant will need to be skilled in the following:Bank ReconciliationDebtor and Creditor ManagementPayrollHealth and SafetyIRD ComplianceMaintaining Budgets and SpreadsheetsPreparation of monthly accounts for Director and AccountantPreparation of year-end financialsMust have a current driver's license.We will be choosing a person for this job based on their aptitude and attitude.
