About the Company Green Air Products is a Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) supplier and manufacturer based in Penrose. We are a growing company that was founded in 2019 and we are 100% locally owned and operated. We build custom components for many HVAC installers which are of high quality and meet the AS/NZ safety standard. We are looking for a Star Bookkeeping and Admin Assistant to help us reach our potential. About the Role This vacancy is for a Bookkeeping and Admin Assistant to join our team in our warehouse, which is approximately 700m². Willingness to learn and work on ERP. Understanding of accounts. Experience with accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and GST returns. Ability to prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly profit and loss statements and final balance sheets. Ability to understand and communicate in English via telephone, email, and face-to-face. Flexibility to work longer hours as needed. Availability to work on short notice.
