The opportunity As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial information.
Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the monthly billing process, managing concession agreements, maintaining financial records, and collaborating with internal teams.
Additionally, you will provide support for taxation, statistical returns, and accounts payable and receivable processing.
About You You will be successful in this role because you: Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial accounting principles Have around 2-3 years' experience in property management billing or similar finance roles Have familiarity with Technology One or other relevant accounting/ERP software Pride yourself on your strong record-keeping and reconciliation skills Are a proactive team player with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities You are also energised by the opportunity to live our values every day: Be Forward thinking, Make a Difference, Look after each other, and Stronger Together.
