Accounts Administrator

Infinity Project Consulting provides business management and administration services, primarily related to the operations of Fowler Homes both locally and nationally.
After operating successfully for more than five years, we are now looking to grow our team to include a full-time Accounts Administrator operating from a new office in Frankton, Queenstown. 
What you'll be doing Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and data entryProcessing GST returns and filing company returnsAssisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documentsManaging bank paymentsProviding general administrative support including scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements and assisting with conference organisationMaintaining files of property development projectsAssisting with legal documentationWhat we're looking for Prior experience in an accounts administration or similar roleProficiency in using accounting software, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.Relevant accounting or business management qualifications ideal but not essentialStrong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressureExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholdersA proactive and organised approach to work, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesThis role is intended for a 40 hour working week, though school hours may be available for the right candidate.
