Role: Accounts Administrator
Location: Sylvia Park - Auckland
We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and competent Accounts Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis, working 25 hours per week. Our admin team are integral in supporting our fantastic team to deliver expertise and projects on time and within budget.
To be successful in this role you must be/have
Competent in the use of MYOB and Excel
Strong attention to detail and a high level of analytical skills
Experience as an Accounts Administrator (not necessarily with an accounting qualification)
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Adaptable with an ability to manage multiple and varied tasks
A team player
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payables / Accounts Receivables
Invoice preparation and processing
Account Reconciliations (Bank / credit cards)
Payroll Preparation
Financial Reporting
PAYE, GST reporting
Annual Accounts to Trial Balance
General
Account admin (opening accounts etc.)
Team and client account queries
Support for management team
