Wheelers Books is a long established and growing company with offices in New Zealand and Australia. We are a leading provider of books to schools and libraries in Australasia, providing a shelf ready service to our libraries in New Zealand. We are seeking a part time, approx. 20 hours per week, Accounts Administrator to work with our team in our Glenfield office (North Shore Auckland). You will be working alongside our Finance Team to provide excellent accounts administration support to our customers in New Zealand and Australia. You will need to have an ability to multi task with a willingness to learn new tasks. With your excellent planning, time management and organisational skills you will be efficient and quick with your account administration. You may have a background in the public or school library world or broader accounts experience where you have utilised your excellent administration skills and where a high level of customer focus is required.
