About the Role We are seeking a full time Accounts Administrator based in our Onehunga office.  The role will involve a wide range of tasks and will require someone with experience, combined with strong problem solving skills.  The ideal candidate will also be comfortable interacting with our customers and staff to provide a quality service.
You will be required to:
Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable dataReconcile bank accounts dailyManage credit controlManage Creditor paymentsDeliver an outstanding customer experience The ideal candidate would have the following attributes:
High degree of numeracy accuracy and attention to detail A customer first attitude with the confidence to relate with a variety of customers and suppliers Great verbal and written communication skillsAnalytical and problem solving skills and take pride in your workOutstanding attention to detailWarm and friendly nature and able to get on with most peopleValue integrity and honestyBe capable of working independently or as a part of a team  Applicants must be eligible to work permanently in NZ.
