Accounts Administrator / Customer Service

Robert Malcolm is a Floorcovering wholesaler, with over 140 years of trading.  We are a family owned and operated Company looking for a motivated and proactive all-rounder, with proven experience in a similar position, who is a confident and enthusiastic individual and can uphold our high standards of customer service.   You will have worked within a finance team previously and will have solid working knowledge of accounts payable and receivable functions, including customer service experience – this will enable you to hit the ground running.  Attributes required: You should be task focused with the ability to work independently - have strong relationship management skills and be able to build good working relationships.be able to prioritise, manage multiple demands and take ownership of your work.have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. be a team player with the ability to support and work with a diverse, cross functional team.be adaptable and able to use multiple systems.Essential skills: Excel skills intermediateGreat telephone mannerAccounts receivable and payable experienceNetsuite or similar accounting packageCurrently living in Christchurch Please provide  a covering letter of why you believe you are the most suitable candidate.
