Our team offers expert advice and assistance across a range of insurance types, backed by our affiliation with NZ Brokers, New Zealand's largest insurance broking group.The Role:In this role you will be assisting our Internal Accountant with the day to day book-keeping/Accounts Administration, which will include:Book-keeping, reconciling and accountingAccounts PayableClient RefundsMaintaining our internal accounting system on XeroAbout you:Our ideal candidate will be hardworking and reliable, have a good sense of humour and a commitment to integrity and ensuring high quality work that we deliver to our clients. We will provide guidance and training for the tasks of this role, but we are looking for the following:1-3 years' experience in an accounts administrator or accounts assistant roleExcellent communication skills and numerical abilityHigh level of attention to detailCompetent in Xero or a similar accounting softwareStrong knowledge of Microsoft applicationsGood knowledge of tax and accounting conceptsWe are seeking someone to commit to 22.5 hours per week, primarily working from our office.
