With time, and once you build your knowledge, there will be plenty of scope to learn and develop other new accounting and reporting skills. The business is also implementing new business information systems, so there will be a focus on how day-to-day processes can be further streamlined and efficiencies gained, not just at a head office level, but also across the branch network.We are ideally seeking candidates who have strong backgrounds in accounts/finance-based processing roles. While previous insurance sector experience is a definite advantage, if you have strong data processing and reconciliation skills, with good attention to detail, there will be support and training available.
