Accountant

This small, hardworking team is looking for an experienced finance professional to assist in delivering high-quality financial services and reporting. This is a complex entity, with several subsidiaries and is based in the investment/superannuation space.
Based in Wellington CBD, with up to two days' work from home per week, this role allows for flexibility and has plenty of scope for learning and development.
Duties Include:
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments
Maintain balance sheet general ledger accounts for reconciliation
Record transactions in relevant registers
Deliver all accounting, reconciliations and management reporting required
Cover leave and give back-up support to team members as needed
We Are Looking For:
Ideally at least 3 years' experience working as an Accountant
Superannuation/investments industry experience (advantageous)
Experienced with using complex accounting software systems
Comfortable working with multiple entities and inter-company processing
Happy to assist across a variety of tasks and work together as a team to achieve group goals
