About the Role: Adecco is seeking a highly skilled Intermediate to Senior Accountant to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze financial statements and reportsManage general ledger accounts and perform reconciliationsAssist with budgeting and forecasting processesConduct month-end and year-end close processesEnsure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirementsSupport internal and external auditsProvide financial analysis and insights to support decision-makingQualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum of 1 year experience in a CA firm.Strong understanding of accounting principles and standardsProficiency in accounting software (Xero) and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSalary: Salary will reflect the experience.
