This entry-level position plays a vital role in supporting our account managers and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities:** - **Customer Communication:** Serve as the first point of contact for customers inquiring about our products and services.
Address customer queries via phone, email, and chat efficiently and professionally.
- **Account Management Support:** Assist account managers in maintaining and updating customer records in our database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- **Order Processing:** Process customer orders, track shipments, and manage returns and exchanges to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Problem Resolution:** Identify and resolve customer issues proactively by collaborating with internal departments to streamline solutions promptly.
- **Report Generation:** Compile and analyze customer feedback and sales data to prepare periodic reports for account managers, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.
- **Adaptability in Role:** Participate in training and development initiatives to stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to promote a culture of teamwork and shared success within the organization.
**Qualifications and Requirements:** - **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of customer service or account management support experience preferred.
