### Job Description
Boston Scientific is seeking a motivated and confident Account Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Dunedin, Otago. As an integral part of our organization, this role is essential in providing exceptional support to our accounts and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
### Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Interaction**: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- **Account Management**: Assist in the management of client accounts by maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and upcoming needs or preferences in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- **Collaboration with Sales Team**: Work closely with the sales team to prepare proposals, reports, and promotional materials that effectively communicate our product offerings and respond to customer requests.
- **Database Maintenance**: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer data in the database, facilitating communication and follow-up processes.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Boston Scientific's product portfolio, enhancements, and services to provide accurate information and support to clients.
- **Feedback Collection**: Collect and document customer feedback to relay to product development and sales strategies to ensure continuous improvement of products and services.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training and support to new team members or less experienced colleagues to promote knowledge sharing and maintain a collaborative work environment.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Assist with administrative duties such as order processing, tracking deliveries, and generating reports as necessary to keep management informed of account status.
- **Adaptability**: Thrive in a flexible working environment by adapting quickly to change, ensuring efficient responses to customer needs, and maintaining high performance under pressure.
### Qualifications and Requirements
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field. Experience in the medical device industry is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
