### Job Description

Choice is looking for a proactive and independent Account Support Officer to join our growing team in Christchurch, Canterbury. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a firm grasp of project management principles and strong leadership skills to play a key role in supporting our client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position will be performed remotely, allowing for flexibility while meeting the needs of our clients.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Client Relationship Management:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, establishing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients.
- Address and resolve client inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure service satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

- **Project Coordination and Management:**
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of services and products to clients, ensuring alignment with expectations and timelines.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring milestones are met.
- Utilize project management tools to ensure a seamless workflow and effective communication among team members and clients.

- **Data Analysis and Reporting:**
- Analyze account metrics and develop reports to track performance and trends, providing actionable insights to clients.
- Prepare and present regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders and clients regarding account status and potential areas for growth.

- **Administrative Support:**
- Manage account-related documentation and ensure that all client records are kept up to date and organized.
- Assist with the preparation of proposals and bids for new projects or expansions of service.

- **Training and Development:**
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and industry knowledge.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members as needed.

### Requirements

**Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management, customer service, or related roles.
- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful delivery of client projects.

**Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar tools) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.

**Personality Traits:**
- Independent and self-motivated, able to work effectively without direct supervision.
- Confident in providing suggestions and strategies to improve client satisfaction and account performance.

**Soft Skills:**
- Strong leadership capabilities, demonstrating the ability to guide and motivate both clients and team members.
- Excellent project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
