**Job Description**

CenturyLink is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our remote team. This pivotal role is suitable for an individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment and possesses a strong sense of initiative. As Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient office operations and supporting our team by facilitating communication and collaboration among colleagues, clients, and partners. This is a full-time remote position based in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support**
- Coordinate and manage daily office operations to ensure a productive work environment.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain administrative and operational records, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.

2. **Communication Management**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Facilitate communication among team members and departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- Manage and distribute incoming correspondence, including email, phone calls, and messaging platforms.

3. **Project Coordination**
- Assist in the strategic planning and execution of office initiatives and projects.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders, summarizing project progress and outcomes.

4. **Resource Management**
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that resources are readily available for team members.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and optimize remote work tools and technologies to promote productivity.

5. **Team Collaboration**
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture by building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
- Organize virtual team-building activities and meetings to strengthen team cohesion.
- Provide support in conflict resolution and problem-solving among team members.

6. **Reporting and Analysis**
- Prepare regular reports on office performance metrics, such as productivity and resource usage.
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Present findings to management and recommend actionable solutions.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in an office management or administrative role, preferably in a remote work environment.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello). Experience with remote communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack) is an asset.
- **Personality Traits:**
- **Confident:** Ability to make decisions and communicate effectively with different levels of staff and clients.
- **Adaptable:** Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and work demands.
