Account Support Manager - Work From Home

Job Description:

HD Supply Holdings is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Support Manager to work from home in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in supporting our account management team and ensuring the overall success of our client relationships.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, managing all communication and ensuring client satisfaction- Collaborate with the account management team to develop and execute strategic account plans- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients- Monitor account performance and proactively address any issues or concerns- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns- Provide support to the sales team by preparing and analyzing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations- Assist with contract negotiations and renewals- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- Proven experience in account management or customer support- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Resilient and confident personality traits- Excellent problem-solving and strategic planning skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
