We are seeking a motivated individual that will thrive leading a team in this fast-paced environment to reach the store presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities: Leading, motivating and encouraging the team to get the best out of them on any given dayMerchandising and store presentation is up to the required standard.Developing the team to work in happy team environment so that it will support everyone to achieve their tasks.Assisting in the inventory management of the grocery department.Requirements: Early riser as this position is a 3am startAttention to detail and people awarenessTeam leader, trainer, motivated to excel in this field of workForklift experience (training well be provided)Has a First–aid certificate or is willing to be put through this course.This person needs to be team player support and guide, be reliable and can handle a day that is never the same and evolving as the minutes pass.
Reporting directly to the Grocery Operations Manager, this is a full-time position structured over 5 days from Sunday - Thursday with a 3am start and a finishing time of 11am.

We are looking for individuals with the above-mentioned skills but for the right candidate we are willing to dedicate time and effort into training to develop the above skills.
