Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Account Support Manager to join our team at Dover. As an Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of key client accounts. This position is a part-time, work from home role located in Nelson, NZ, and requires a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:- Manage and support a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve client objectives and drive revenue growth- Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling all inquiries, escalations, and issues in a timely manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and deliverables are completed on time and within budget- Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services- Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews to discuss performance, address concerns, and explore new opportunities- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders- Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay informed and make recommendations for improvement- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each client's business and industry to provide personalized support and guidance
Requirements:- 6+ years of experience in account management or a related field- Strong strategic planning and communication skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Proven track record of exceeding client expectations and driving revenue growth- Experience working with CRM systems and other account management tools- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
