Job Description: Kroger is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and is based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in account management and support. Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of key accounts and provide exceptional support to ensure client satisfaction. 2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic account plans and drive revenue growth. 4. Analyze client data and provide insights to optimize account performance. 5. Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions. 6. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services. 7. Train and onboard new clients to ensure a smooth transition and successful implementation. 8. Prepare regular reports on account performance and present findings to senior management. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven track record in account management, with at least 8 years of experience. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Personality traits: 1.
