Job Description: Henry Schein is seeking a motivated and dedicated Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, based in Auckland, New Zealand. The Account Support Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving strategic initiatives to support the growth and success of our clients. Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of accounts, serving as the main point of contact for clients - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to drive client success - Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide training and support to clients on our products and services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients - Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the account support team Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 8+ years of experience in account management or customer support - Strong people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of driving results and exceeding goals - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Personality Traits: - Motivated - Dedicated Soft Skills: - People management - Innovation Benefits: - Relocation allowance - Travel opportunities - Free accommodation Working Environment: At Henry Schein, we leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
