Job Description: We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Account Support Manager to join our team at WestRock. This is a remote work position based in Wellington, New Zealand. As a part-time Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success. Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their needs and goals - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement account strategies to drive growth and retention - Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports and updates to clients - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to increase revenue - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients - Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination on account management activities Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 7+ years of experience in account management or customer support roles - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving business growth - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and confidently in a remote work environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working with global clients is a plus Personality Traits: - Independent - Confident Soft Skills: - Communication - Attention to detail Benefits: - Parental leave - Profit sharing - Life insurance Working Environment: - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide, fostering a global village mentality.
