Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Account Support Manager to join our team at Goodyear Tire & Rubber. This is a remote work position based in Wellington, Wellington, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in account management, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance to senior management
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of our products and services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity and persuasion skills to effectively engage with clients and drive business growth
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with a virtual team
