Job Description: SpartanNash is currently seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, the Account Support Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting key accounts and driving business growth. Responsibilities: - Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all inquiries and support needs - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients - Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize customer satisfaction - Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts - Provide regular reporting and analysis on account performance and key metrics - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and generate new business opportunities Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving revenue growth - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and resilient personality with a passion for exceeding customer expectations - Innovative mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement - Experience in the food or retail industry is preferred Benefits: - Relocation allowance for eligible candidates - Gym membership - Parental leave Working Environment: At SpartanNash, we provide a high-energy workplace where employees are encouraged to collaborate, innovate, and achieve success.
