Job Description:Leucadia National is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in account management, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction
- Analyze client data and provide insights to improve their experience
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services
- Monitor client accounts to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives
- Provide regular reports and updates to clients on their account status
- Handle any escalations or complaints in a timely and professional mannerRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in account management or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient and confident personality traits
- Creativity and strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
