Job Description: HollyFrontier is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the success of our account management team. Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service. Understand client needs and requirements, and work closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions. Assist in the development of account strategies and help to identify opportunities for growth. Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner. Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients on progress and results. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on client needs and objectives. Contribute to the development of account management processes and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience as an Account Support Manager or similar role. Adaptability and resourcefulness to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and excellent decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO). Profit sharing.
