Rocket Lab is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Wellington, New Zealand.
As a mid-to-senior level position, the Account Support Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing relationships with our key clients while providing exceptional support and service.
Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing all aspects of the client relationship.
Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and support.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and products to clients.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to clients.
Handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain account plans, forecasts, and reports to track progress and identify opportunities for growth.
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management or client support roles.
Proven track record of exceeding targets and KPIs in a client-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Hardworking, energetic, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service to clients.
Experience in the technology or aerospace industry is a plus.
