You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our account management team while fostering strong relationships with our clients and internal stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Customer Support:** - Serve as the first line of support for customer inquiries, addressing questions, complaints, and requests in a timely manner. - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer accurate information to customers and assist in problem resolution. 2. **Account Management:** - Assist Account Managers in the management of client accounts, ensuring each account is maintained and updated in the system. - Prepare and process account-related documentation, including sales orders, contracts, and invoices. 3. **Communication:** - Liaise with various departments, including sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless workflow and communication regarding customer needs. - Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, inventory availability, and service updates. 4. **Data Entry and Reporting:** - Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software. - Generate reports to identify trends in customer inquiries and account requests, providing feedback to the supervisory team for process improvements. 5. **Relationship Building:** - Develop a strong rapport with clients, understanding their needs and suggesting Sysco products and services that can enhance their business operations. - Participate in regular meetings with team members to discuss account performance and strategies for improvement. 6. **Training and Development:** - Assist in training new employees on customer service protocols and company policies. - Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in account management. 7. **Quality Assurance:** - Prioritize quality in all aspects of work, products, and services to meet and exceed customer expectations. - Identify areas for improvement in processes and recommend changes that enhance the overall customer experience. **Requirements:** - **Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service, sales support, or account management role. - Familiarity with CRM systems and basic accounting principles is preferable. - **Education:** - A degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is an advantage. - **Personality Traits:** - Confident: Ability to engage comfortably with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders. - Motivated: Self-driven to achieve goals and improve customer satisfaction. - **Soft Skills:** - Exceptional cooperation and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude towards challenges. - **Technical Skills:** - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Benefits:** - Competitive retirement plan options to secure your future. - Complimentary gym membership to promote health and wellness. - Comprehensive dental insurance coverage for you and your family. **Working Environment:** At Sysco, we prioritize quality in all aspects of our work, products, and services.
