**Job Description:**

ADP is seeking a motivated and hardworking Account Support Assistant to join our dynamic team remotely. In this part-time role, you will provide critical support to our account management team, ensuring that our clients receive impeccable service and solutions tailored to their needs. You will play a key role in maintaining client relationships, addressing inquiries, and assisting in the administration of various account functions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Communication:**
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries regarding account status, services, and technical issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication, fostering strong relationships with clients through effective engagement strategies.

2. **Account Management Support:**
- Assist the account management team in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup.
- Maintain client records and databases, ensuring all information is kept up to date and accurate.

3. **Service Delivery:**
- Monitor client accounts to identify potential issues or areas for improvement, and communicate findings to account managers.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve client issues swiftly and effectively.

4. **Reporting and Analysis:**
- Prepare regular reports on account performance and client feedback for management review.
- Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing client services.

5. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
- Work closely with other departments (Sales, Technical Support, and Billing) to ensure clients receive a comprehensive support experience.
- Participate in team meetings to brainstorm solutions and share innovative ideas for service enhancements.

6. **Training and Development:**
- Engage in continuous learning about ADP's products and services to provide informed support to clients.
- Utilize feedback and mentorship to improve personal and professional skills.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support or account management role.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn various software applications quickly.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
