About the Role As an Account Relationship Manager, you will be the driving force behind our strategic customer relationships, developing comprehensive strategies and account plans to meet client needs.
You'll identify new sales opportunities while deepening existing customer engagements to maximize revenue.
You will be the primary contact for key government accounts, particularly in the fire and emergency sectors, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
This role demands strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset to contribute to our growth and success.
What you'll be doing Develop and manage the customer strategy, including sales, expenses, budgeting, and performance measures.Provide strong governance across all aspects of the customer relationship and contract deliverables.Identify account growth opportunities, risks, and mitigations, and establish prioritisation and KPI targets.Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Fire and Emergency Sector to ensure any emerging trends can be developed into new opportunities.Build relationships with key account representatives and understand customer needs for effective selling and contract negotiation.Conduct product demonstrations and training for customers and employees.Oversee the negotiation of major contracts and ensure the delivery of all contractual terms and SLAs.Maintain ongoing governance measures and integration with the wider WWG strategy.Who we're looking for At our company, we value not only our great brands but also the people and teams that drive our success.
