Looking to join a company with a legacy of trust and a leading presence in the security industry? Look no further! With over a century of expertise, ADT Security is a name you can rely on. As the largest electronic security company in Australasia, we safeguard over a hundred thousand residential homes, businesses, and commercial enterprises. The Opportunity
Join our dynamic team and help us lead the way in finance innovation. You will lead a small team and will get involved in building that team larger over the next few months. Our dynamic team is dedicated to enhancing our Accounts Receivable function through process improvements and tech implementation. Initially, as you settle in, you'll dive into our operations to understand how we do things and where we can do better. When you join, expect to be doing hands-on work. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient invoice processing and customer service.
Maintain accurate financial records and assist in general administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in an accounts receivable role is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with MasterMind, MYOB or similar systems is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
You will collaborate closely with our account and finance team, customer service members, and sales teams internally. Externally, you will engage with our valued customers to ensure seamless payment processes.
If you are excited about this challenging opportunity and eager to contribute to the growth and success of our business, please submit your application, including your CV and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and explaining why you believe you are the ideal candidate.
