Your focus will be on building strong relationships with clients and candidates in the fashion retail sector across Northland, Auckland, Waikato, and BOP regions.Key Responsibilities IncludeManaging the full recruitment process for clients in the fashion sector in a timely mannerProactively working with candidates to identify suitable opportunitiesManaging and developing client relationships through effective account managementSourcing candidates through job advertisements, database searches, and alternative sourcing methodsAttending client and Retailworld eventsActing as an ambassador for the leading retail recruitment agency in AucklandThis is a high-performing sector for our Auckland office, so we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
