Account Manager
We're looking for an Account Manager at Lightspeed, part of our APAC Retail team, responsible for managing inbound sales for our retail stores based in the APAC market. Your role will involve working closely with a large range of merchants to build rapport, understand their objectives, and ensure they're getting the best solution possible to help them achieve their goals.
What you'll be doing:

Act as a trusted Account Manager to customers who inquire about further Lightspeed offerings, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions that add value.
Build trust and rapport and demonstrate active listening to support upselling and maximizing account growth in every customer interaction.
Guide qualifying customers through their upgrade path from basic platforms to more advanced platforms.
Demonstrate software solutions to customers, from core POS products to modules and upgrades.
Responsible for reactive upsell from inbound sales and expansion of monthly recurring revenue.

What you need to bring:

Experience in an account management, sales development representative, or similar role carrying a sales quota.
Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
Ability to use Salesforce.com and other technologies to manage and organize pipeline.
Entrepreneurial approach; you work smarter, not harder.
Good time management with strong organizational skills.
