ABOUT THE ROLE
This role comes with daily responsibilities, as you'll manage the entire recruitment process for our key client. From posting job adverts and interviewing candidates to onboarding and making sure client needs are met, you'll stay busy and engaged every day. Managing 60-70 temporary staff often requires quick turnarounds, and success in this role comes from keeping a constant pool of ready-to-work talent. You'll also occasionally need to take calls or respond to texts from the temp team outside of usual hours to ensure smooth operations.
Your Week at a Glance:
Mondays: Work from our Papanui office, join team meetings, and conduct candidate interviews.
Tuesdays & Wednesdays: Flex time and location. Handle phone screenings and prepare schedules.
Thursdays & Fridays: Mornings spent onsite in Hornby, followed by administrative tasks.
