Every dollar our team donates is matched and together we have donated more than $33m to our charity partners.We offer generous team member discounts across The Good Guys and JB Hi-FiYou will have exposure to ongoing training & development opportunities from day oneWe offer fantastic long-term career opportunities across the broader JB Hi-Fi/The Good Guys group About the roleAs the Account Manager - Local Business Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for identifying and driving new business opportunities with commercial and Education customers and building long-term partnerships whilst providing clients with innovative solutions that are tailored specifically to their business needs.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Developing and maintaining trusted relationships with clients to determine their existing, future business needs, objectives, buying criteria and decision-making process and form long-term business partnershipsActively and successfully manage the sales process from start to finish including managing and maintaining your sales pipeline, ensuring all sales enquiries are followed throughIdentifying and growing opportunities within your Region /Territory and collaborate with sales team to ensure maximum growthPresenting innovative business solutions to potential clients through direct communication i.e.
face to face meetings, telephone calls and/or via emailEnsure Salesforce is up to date and accurate (meetings, calls, opportunities etc)Attend industry events; tradeshows and networking nights to aid in the development of new business revenueCollaborating with local retail stores to drive leads and supporting sales and marketing initiatives to drive sales We are seeking two Account Managers for Cairns and Townsville.
About youTo be successful in this role, you will have: Experience working in a high paced sales environmentStrong leadership skills – the ability to engage, mentor and motivateClient focused i.e.
