About the Role: As a proven Business Development Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving our growth by forging and nurturing strategic partnerships with SMEs. Your exceptional sales acumen and relationship-building prowess will enable you to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions that ensure compliance and promote success.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement targeted sales playbooks to secure new clients through self-generated business development & activity from the inside sales channel.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with business owners, gaining insight into their unique HR and WHS challenges.
Clearly articulate complex HR and WHS obligations, showcasing the value of Peninsula's services.
Consistently deliver activity and conversion sales targets.
Accurately build and manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce.
What We're Looking For: A proven track record in field-based B2B sales, ideally within a professional services context; industry experience is NOT needed.
A self-motivated individual who thrives in managing their own territory and exceeding sales targets through strong activity.
Proven experience in CRM pipeline management and proficient in MS Office.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to delivering exceptional service at every interaction.
